At APEX we take the inspection a step further. As a benefit to you, our standard inspection includes thermal imaging as well as foundation elevations.
Thermal Imaging
Our thermal imaging services are included with each home inspection at no extra charge. This service has been provided as a benefit to you by allowing the Inspector to provide a higher level of inspection performance. APEX uses a high quality FLIR infrared camera to detect things on your property not revealed by conventional inspection methods. This technology allows the inspector to further evaluate certain components of the structure and potentially discover things that are unable to be seen with the naked eye.
Foundation Elevations
As part of the foundation survey, digital measurements of foundation elevation are taken at no extra charge. As with our thermal imaging service this service is being provided as a benefit to you by allowing the Inspector to provide a higher level of inspection performance. APEX uses a high quality ZIP LEVEL machine to obtain our measurements. These measurements indicate the levelness of the foundation and help provide a more accurate assessment of the foundation performance.
Report
Every inspection is concluded with a detailed and comprehensive report. We know that time is of the essence. You may have a lot of decisions to make in a short amount of time and we respect that. Our reports are typically electronically delivered within 24hrs of the completed inspection.
