Justin Cegielski is the owner, operator and lead home inspector for APEX Inspection Service, Inc. He is a Certified Professional Home Inspector licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission and takes great pride in his work as an inspector.
Justin is a native Houstonian, a husband and a father of two beautiful girls. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Justin worked several years for a family business doing residential remodel work and general home repairs. During this time Justin gained an immense amount of knowledge through first hand experience on residential construction including the electrical, plumbing and mechanical aspects of a home.
Today, Justin continually strives to broaden his industry knowledge through experience and education in an effort to provide you with the best home inspection possible.
